  • How long does it take to receive my Ladbrokes card?

    Your Ladbrokes Card will be posted via Australia Post. We aim for you to receive this within 7-10 business days, however in the event that you haven’t received your card within 14 business days please contact our Support team on 1300 523 276.

  • How do I activate my Ladbrokes Card?

    When you receive your Ladbrokes Card, inside the envelope you will find your inactive card, your PIN and Part B of the PDS as well as an activation code. The activation number is located at the top of the letter. Visit the Ladbrokes Card area in My Account, type your activation code in the box to the right and click Activate.

  • Can I change the PIN on my Ladbrokes Card?

    No, the PIN cannot be changed.

  • I cannot remember my PIN on my Ladbrokes Card, what do I do?

    If you are unable to remember your PIN we will need to cancel your Ladbrokes card and reissue you with a new one. Please contact support on 1300 523 276 to arrange this.

  • I have lost my Ladbrokes Card, what do I do?

    Please contact Support on 1300 523 276 immediately. Your existing card will be cancelled and a new card ordered.

  • How do I get a statement for my Ladbrokes Card?

    You can view your last 10 transactions in the ‘My Account’ section after logging in on Ladbrokes.com.au. If you wish to view more please go to www.ladbrokescard.com.au/myaccount/, and log in using your Card Number and PIN.

  • Can I access my Ladbrokes card statement via the mobile app?

    You can view your last 10 transactions in the ‘My Account’ section after logging into the Ladbrokes mobile app. If you wish to view your full statement history please visit www.ladbrokescard.com.au/myaccount/ on a desktop computer and log in using your Card Number and PIN.

  • I tried to use my Ladbrokes Card but it did not work, what do I do?

    If you have activated your card and it still isn’t working, please contact our support team on 1300 523 276.

  • What are the limits on my Ladbrokes Card?

    The current limits on your card can vary, maximum limits are as follows:

    • Minimum load: $20
    • Maximum load: $5,000.00
    • Maximum balance at any one time: $5,000.00
    • Maximum amount you may load during any 12 month period: $100,000.00
    • Maximum number of ATM transactions per day (including balance enquiries): 10
    • Maximum amount you can withdraw from ATMs in 24 hours: $1,000.00
    • ATM withdrawal limit (per transaction: $1,000.00 (lower withdrawal limits may be set by the ATM operator)
    • Maximum number of POS transactions per day: 10
    • Maximum value of POS transactions in 24 hours: $2,500.00

  • Where can I use my Ladbrokes Card?

    Any ATM only within Australia.

  • Can I withdraw cash via POS (Point of Sale)?

    Yes, in the majority of cases you can. However, the availability of cash-out at POS is at the merchant’s discretion.

  • Can I change these limits on my Ladbrokes Card?

    No. The limits on your Ladbrokes Card are pre-set.

  • Can I use my Ladbrokes card like a Credit Card?

    Your Ladbrokes Card is NOT a credit card and will only be accepted through those facilities where you swipe the card and enter a PIN.

  • How long does it take to transfer funds between my Ladbrokes Account and my Ladbrokes Card?

    If the funds in the Ladbrokes Wagering Account are available for transfer then the transactions from your Account to your card is instant.

  • How do I transfer funds from my Ladbrokes Card Account to my Ladbrokes Wagering Account?

    Log into your Ladbrokes Account, Click on the ‘My Account’ section, then go to the Deposit area and select Ladbrokes Card as a deposit option. Follow the prompts on screen, you will be required to authorise each transaction with a single-use only SMS code. You require a valid mobile phone number with SMS capability to Deposit from your Ladbrokes Card to your Ladbrokes Wagering Account.

  • Is this card issued by Ladbrokes?

    No, the card is issued by Cuscal Limited ABN 95 087 822 455, AFSL 244116. Entain Group Pty Ltd ABN 25 151 956 768, AFSL 484062 is involved in the promotion and distribution of the Ladbrokes Mastercard.

  • The ATM took my card, what do I do?

    Please contact the Company associated with the ATM to see if your card can be retrieved and notify Support on 1300 523 276 if you need a replacement card.

  • What fees will I pay on my Ladbrokes Card?

    Ladbrokes itself does not charge any fees for the card. Fees may apply if you use your Card in an ATM where the owner has the right to charge a fee, this fee will be charged on top of your transaction.

    Fees may also be charged if you lose your card and replace it with another one or if you dispute a transaction.

  • Why did I get charged $x for a cash withdrawal?

    This is an ATM owner’s direct charge fee. This is outside of Ladbrokes/emerchants control. The ATM will tell you at the time of purchase what the transaction will cost you. For example, the ATM fee may be $2.50, and this will be charged on top of the value of your cash out.

  • How much can I withdraw / transfer to my Ladbrokes Card?

    You can only transfer your cleared funds. The withdrawal page shows your betting account balance (funds available to bet) and your withdrawable balance, which are funds cleared for withdrawal.

    Note: All deposits must be turned over at least once before a withdrawal is permitted. Promotions and bonus terms may require additional turnover requirements to clear your funds, see your promo terms for more information.

  • Can I use the card to make purchases online?

    No. Your card is for in person transactions only. It must be swiped and PIN entered for each transaction. It cannot be used for MOTO (Mail Order, Telephone Order) or manual imprint machines.

  • There is a transaction on my Ladbrokes Card statement that is not mine. What do I do?

    You will need to call us to discuss the transaction; if your card/PIN is compromised you will need to cancel your card immediately. Please contact support ASAP on 1300 523 276.

  • Can I load personal funds onto the Ladbrokes Card?

    No, you cannot load personal funds onto the card. You can only load wagering funds. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for full details.
